By enrolling in The Village Support Group, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

The Village Support Group is a voluntary and educational experience designed to share information, practices, and perspectives related to body awareness, communication skills, airway and facial health, nourishment, and general wellness.

I understand that the information, guidance, and practices shared within this program are for educational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

I understand that Mary Gulotta is not acting as a medical doctor, licensed healthcare provider, or mental health professional, and that this program does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own health decisions, actions, and outcomes while participating in this program.

If I have medical concerns or conditions, I agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness practice or making changes related to my health.

By participating in The Village Support Group, I voluntarily assume responsibility for my own wellbeing and understand that all practices shared within the program are optional and undertaken at my own discretion.

Refund Policy: All purchases for The Village Support Group are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of the materials and access provided within the program, refunds will not be issued once enrollment is completed.

Agreement By purchasing and participating in The Village Support Group, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
